For the schools available, many of the students need to walk long distances there and back to attend, therefore their needs to be more schools built closer to home and more educated teachers from developing countries in be the teachers, their has to be fundings to provide water fountains, electricity, and transportation for the students to encourage them to attend. Without these necessities, pupils will lack motivation to come to school and learn, which is the reason why the literacy rate in Africa is low. People living in developing countries such as Africa are extremely poor, the costs to attend school discourages them to receive education. The costs being referred to are for learning materials, such as textbooks, notebooks, pen and kids are unable to purchase their school uniforms which are essential as well.
